Orders, shipping and returns
Where does BOSS Projectors ship?
Direct website checkout accepts serviced shipping addresses in Canada and the United States. Prices and checkout are in Canadian dollars. If a carrier cannot serve an address, support will contact the customer before fulfilment.
How long does projector delivery take?
In-stock orders are normally processed in 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, but destination, remote addresses, customs, weather and carrier delays can take longer. Tracking is sent by email.
What is the direct-order return policy?
Eligible direct orders can be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must follow the condition, packaging and authorization requirements in the current warranty and returns policy. Marketplace purchases follow the applicable marketplace and seller terms.
Do BOSS projectors include a Canadian warranty?
Eligible projectors bought directly from CanadaProjector.com include the one-year limited warranty described in the current after-sales policy. Keep the order confirmation and contact support before returning a product.
Which free accessories are included with a projector?
Direct A5, S6A and S8A orders include a screen, ceiling mount and red-and-blue 3D glasses. Direct S7 orders include a screen, ceiling mount and active-shutter 3D glasses. Marketplace bundles can differ.
Product setup and compatibility
Do all BOSS projectors have autofocus?
No. Features vary by model. The current A5 listing specifies autofocus and automatic keystone correction. The S7 uses digital focus adjustment with the remote and automatic keystone correction; it should not be described as autofocus.
Can I watch Netflix or YouTube on a BOSS projector?
Compatible built-in apps vary by model, operating system, region and licensing. An HDMI streaming device is the most flexible fallback. Check the current model page and streaming provider requirements before buying.
Can I connect Bluetooth speakers to a BOSS projector?
Compatible Bluetooth speakers or headphones can be paired through supported model settings. Wireless audio can introduce delay, so HDMI ARC or a wired audio connection may be preferable when synchronization matters.
Toronto and GTA demonstrations
Can I book a free projector demo in Toronto or the GTA?
Yes. Free on-site demonstrations can be requested by appointment in eligible GTA locations. Contact support with your city, room type and preferred model so the team can confirm availability and prepare the right projector.
