At BOSS Projectors, we offer free expedited shipping to serviced addresses in Canada and the United States on eligible direct website orders. Prices and checkout are in Canadian dollars.
Order Processing Timelines
In-stock orders received before the daily carrier cut-off are normally prepared and handed to the carrier the same business day. Orders received after the cut-off are normally prepared for hand-off on the next business day. Processing follows the selected carrier business days and excludes public holidays; exceptional carrier or inventory issues can cause a delay.

In-stock products are handed to an available carrier on the selected carrier business days, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after the daily carrier cut-off move to the next business-day collection.
Estimated Delivery Times
Free expedited delivery is estimated at 2 to 3 business days once the package leaves our warehouse outside our guaranteed next-business-day service area. Remote addresses, weather, peak periods and carrier delays can take longer; this estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Free expedited next-business-day delivery is available across our guaranteed Ontario service area. Orders must be received before the daily carrier cut-off and remain subject to carrier service availability. Outside this service area, free expedited delivery is estimated at 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
Direct website checkout accepts shipping addresses in Canada and the United States. Service depends on carrier coverage for the postal or ZIP code.
If a carrier cannot serve the address provided, we will contact you before fulfilment to arrange an alternative or cancel and refund the affected order. For remote destinations or time-sensitive deliveries, contact support before ordering. U.S. delivery estimates can also be affected by customs processing.
Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please be aware that it can take up to 48 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update with live data.
If 7 days have passed since you received your shipping confirmation and your package has not arrived, please reach out to us at support@canadaprojector.com with your name and order number so we can investigate.
Address Modifications
Because we aim to ship orders as rapidly as possible, we cannot alter a delivery address once a package is en route. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to ensure total accuracy. BOSS Projectors cannot be held liable for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
