BOSS Projecteurs takes pride in engineering premium home cinema technology. We guarantee that all our projectors are free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under standard residential or commercial usage for a period of one (1) year, starting from the original date of delivery.

Retours et remplacements admissibles sous 30 jours

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect within this 30-day window, BOSS Projecteurs will issue a replacement at no extra cost to you. For returns covered under our policy, we handle the return shipping fees. Before sending anything back, please contact support@canadaprojector.com to receive return authorization and shipping instructions.

Traitement des remboursements

Upon receiving your returned package, our warehouse team will carefully inspect the contents. We will immediately send you an email confirming its arrival and informing you whether the refund has been approved. Once approved, the refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will appear on your original payment method (e.g., credit card) within 14 business days.

To guarantee a smooth and timely return or exchange process, please ensure the following criteria are met:

• Items must be shipped exclusively to the return address provided by our support team.
• The product must be securely packed in its original BOSS Projecteurs packaging.
• Every original accessory, cable, and user manual must be included in the box.

When contacting us, please have the following details ready:

• Your product's serial number, if it has one (typically found on the product or its packaging).
• Your original receipt or digital invoice, clearly showing the purchase date and order number.
• A clear, detailed explanation of the issue you are experiencing.

Note: BOSS Projecteurs may deny returns that do not meet these conditions. If you purchased your product from a third-party retailer rather than CanadaProjector.com, please coordinate your return or exchange through that retailer.

Our limited warranty is comprehensive, but it does not cover damages or defects resulting from the following scenarios:

• Improper usage, severe neglect, commercial overexertion, accidents, or external environmental forces.
• Any unauthorized hardware repairs, aftermarket modifications, or custom alterations to the unit.
• Superficial and cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, including scratches, dents, or cracks on the outer casing, lenses, or buttons.
• Natural degradation over time, such as rust, fading, or cosmetic staining.
• Damage inflicted by using incompatible or unauthorized third-party accessories and power supplies.
• Malfunctions stemming from third-party software, applications, or unauthorized firmware installations.
• Projecteurs missing their original identification labels or having altered serial numbers.
• Destruction caused by severe weather, acts of nature, fire, floods, lightning, or other forms of force majeure.
• Lost, stolen, or misplaced devices.
• Any situation where fulfilling a warranty claim would violate standard, ethical business practices.
