Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched from our warehouse, standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Dispatch & Tracking Information:
After dispatch, tracking IDs are shared via email so you can monitor your package in real-time. Shipments are sent via reliable carriers including UPS, Canada Post, USPS, FedEx, Purolator, or other carriers as required based on your destination.
Returns & Warranty
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your undamaged projector, you can return it in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact support to initiate the process.

Absolutely. While our projectors feature powerful built-in speakers, you can easily navigate to the Bluetooth settings menu to pair external soundbars, home theater systems, or wireless headphones for a more immersive audio experience.
